Our brain tells us stories based on our experiences – but are they really the whole truth? Truthfulness means not believing everything you think. It’s constantly questioning what you believe to be true and being open to other perspectives and possibilities.

through authentic relationships
Real self-awareness is gained through interaction, through the things that we trigger in each other. Deep connection arises when we show each other as we really are – without masks, without facades. It means that you feel safe with me, with all your thoughts, feelings and needs. And vice versa. In this authentic encounter, trust grows, and we discover ourselves and each other on a completely new, deeper level. This is what makes growth possible in the first place.
