Herb<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I have always been a versatile person \u2013 and this is also reflected in my professional career. Whether in catering, sales, financial or HR services or project work \u2013 as different as these areas may seem, they all have one thing in common: human relationships take center stage. For me, every encounter is about creating a connection that enriches both sides. I realized early on that it fulfils me when I reach people in a deeper way. My goal has always been to make encounters special \u2013 moments that strengthen the other person and charge them with positive energy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Many people say that I am a good listener. I see that as a great compliment, because it is an honor for me when people trust me and share with me what moves them. I often hear that I am \u201cthe rock in the surf\u201d that brings calm in stormy times. What drives me is my insatiable curiosity. I love exploring other perspectives and constantly expanding my own point of view. I always ask myself: What does the other person see that I don\u2019t? These questions often lead to the most profound and valuable conversations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2019 was a turning point in my life. After a serious illness, I completely changed my lifestyle and have since been even more intentional about taking time for myself and for the people I meet. This change has shown me even more clearly how important real connections and personal development are.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When I\u2019m not having deep conversations, I\u2019m probably either working on my bus or motorcycle, mountain biking, in the middle of survival training or in the kitchen, where I find relaxation while cooking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kathrin<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A mentor once said: \u201cWe spend the first part of our lives getting entangled and the second part of our lives unravelling.\u201d I can now look back on 30 years of following my passion \u2013 helping people and teams to develop. What connects all my professional stations is precisely this: helping people to recognize their own patterns and to get closer, layer by layer, to what makes us who we are at our core \u2013 like peeling an onion.
I often jokingly refer to myself as a \u201crelationship counsellor\u201d, because in addition to personal development, my focus is on how we can be more constructive, open and aware in our dealings with each other.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I also see myself as a \u201cdevelopment junkie\u201d. I live and love development in all its facets. We can only pass on what we have experienced ourselves. That\u2019s why I constantly question my thought and behavior patterns and seek new impulses for my growth. This passion drives me to accompany others. I like to probe deeply and ask questions that encourage reflection and empathy. I love the moment when the proverbial \u201cpenny drops\u201d and a light comes on. It fulfils me not only to inspire people, but also to enable them to have real, lasting experiences. I spare no effort for a good idea \u2013 when it takes shape, it is pure fulfilment for me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And when I\u2019m not coming up with new questions, you\u2019ll find me out in nature: cycling, hiking or in an ice-cold mountain stream. Deep conversations paired with a good dose of humour \u2013 that\u2019s real joie de vivre for me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We together<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

So, we both enjoy going deep \u2013 but together we are even more than just the sum of our parts. Why is that? When we really relate with each other, we bring out what\u2019s inside us in the first place. Where there is relationship, there is friction, and it is precisely this friction that allows us to grow \u2013 both as individuals and as a couple.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What do we particularly appreciate about each other? It\u2019s the way we meet and treat each other. Instead of playing the blame game, we are both prepared to really look at what is happening (or has happened) in a situation and recognize our own part in it. Of course, there are heated moments when one of us is triggered by the other \u2013 be it through different expectations, needs or views. Yes, sometimes we both get into a little \u2018trigger ping-pong\u2019 where we each react to the other. But what we\u2019re really good at is catching ourselves quickly, stepping out of this dynamic and looking behind the scenes together. Because we don\u2019t reproach each other, but simply talk about it openly, a deep sense of security arises in which we can show each other everything that moves us. We meet each other with curiosity instead of judgement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is particularly important to us? We consciously create the spaces in which this deep encounter with ourselves and with each other is possible. Time in nature relaxes and grounds us, exercise such as jogging, yoga or dancing allows us to feel our bodies better, and in silence we find access to what is really going on inside us. Spending time together, consciously sharing and listening, creates a real encounter. And when Herb adds his cooking skills to the mix, the perfect foundation is laid for a relaxed, trusting dialogue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finally, we help each other to position ourselves well in everyday matters so that they don\u2019t rob us of the energy we want to use for what is really important to us: our personal and collective growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And that is also what we would like to pass on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
